  • What is a Reseller?
A reseller is a company or individual that purchases products or services from a manufacturer or distributor and then resells them to consumers or other businesses. Resellers typically add their own markup to the products they purchase, allowing them to generate revenue by selling the items at a higher price than they paid for them. Resellers can be found in a variety of industries, including electronics, clothing, and software. They play an important role in the supply chain by providing consumers with access to a wide variety of products and services, often at competitive prices.
  • Can Resellers sell new merchansise?
Yes! Resellers typically sell new merchandise by purchasing products directly from manufacturers or distributors who have an excess supply of items that they need to sell quickly. The reseller then marks up the price of the products they purchase and offers them for sale to consumers or other businesses through their own sales channels, such as their own physical or online store. To ensure that they can sell new merchandise, resellers often work with trusted suppliers who provide them with high-quality products that are in demand by their customers. Resellers may also negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, such as volume discounts or extended payment terms, to help them maximize their profits.
  • What condtions can resale items be in when purchased from a Reseller?
The range of possible conditions of resale items can vary widely depending on the nature of the product and the policies of the reseller. Some possible conditions of resale items include: New: Resale items that are classified as "new" are products that have never been used and are in their original packaging. These items may be sold at the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) or at a markup by the reseller. Refurbished: Refurbished resale items are products that have been previously used but have been restored to their original condition by the manufacturer or a third-party refurbishing company. These items may be sold at a discount compared to new items. Open box: Open box resale items are products that have been returned to the reseller or the manufacturer and may have been previously opened, but are still in like-new condition. These items may be sold at a discount compared to new items. Used: Used resale items are products that have been previously owned and may show signs of wear and tear. These items are often sold at a significant discount compared to new items. Clearance or closeout: Clearance or closeout resale items are products that the reseller is trying to clear out of inventory to make room for new products. These items may be sold at a significant discount compared to their original price. Irregular or seconds: Irregular or seconds resale items are products that have minor defects or imperfections that do not affect their functionality but make them ineligible for sale as new items. These items may be sold at a discount compared to new items.
  • What happens to merchandise when it is returned to stores like Amazon, Walmart, Target, and more?
When a customer returns an item to retailers like Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc., the companies first inspect the item to determine if it can be resold as new, used, or refurbished. If the item can be resold as new, it is returned to inventory and sold to a new customer. However, if the item cannot be resold as new, it is sent to a liquidator. Liquidators are companies that purchase bulk lots of customer returns, overstock, and shelf-pulls from various retailers. These lots contain a variety of items, including electronics, clothing, toys, home goods, and more. Liquidators buy these items in bulk at a deeply discounted price, often pennies on the dollar. They then sort and categorize the items by condition, create manifests, and sell them to Resellers at a markup. Returned products may not end up where they were purchased from for a few reasons: • First, some items may be damaged, missing parts, or have cosmetic flaws that make them unsuitable for resale as new. • Second, retailers may not have enough space to store and process all returned items, especially during peak shopping seasons. • Finally, retailers may not want to compete with its own customers, the Resellers, who rely on the liquidation market to source inventory for their businesses.
  • Do you offer returns on all of your items?
Each of our items in stock has a description regarding product returns. All of our new items can be returned for a full refund, provided the item is returned within 15 days of delivery, and the item is in the same condition as it was when it was sold. Resale items each have their own return policies and are noted in every product's description. Products with a no-return policy are marked as such. Feel free to contact us with questions regarding our return policies on individual items.
  • Are all of the photos on your website of the actual item?
Yes! All New and Resale items are photographed by our in-house photographers at multiple angles to show the exact condition of each item. New item packing is photographed at multiple angles in order to show the manufacturers description of the item. If the item is an Open Box item and the product has not been removed from the box, our photographers then take photographs of the box itself to show its condition. If the item is a used item our photographers take photographs of the unboxed item at multiple angles.
  • Do you have videos of your items?
For some items we may show a short video of the item to demonstrate that it is in working condition.
  • What are your business hours?
We are open Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time in the United States.
